ValentinoRockstud100YellowPatentLeatherBlackAnkleStrapSlingbacks.jpg After working in trend in the town, I am relieved to have excellent shoe repair proper in Dobbs Ferry. I've probably introduced in 15 pairs (mens and womens) and have been pleased each single time I get them again. The man is nice even tho i had some bother to communicate with him. He fastened my purse for 10$ and a pair of sneakers for cheap valentino shoes 45$ (new sole, fix the zip and sew the heal) i think its reasonnable since i went to 2 other shoe repair who did not need to repair it.This man is costlier then my shoe shine in Manhatten. Also the first time somebody wished to charge me more money for my brown sneakers then my black ones Sorry bro Dobbs Ferry Rent is not more then Madison AveI'm really sort of stunned to see the horrible evaluations. Valentino is my go-to shop for watch batteries and bands, I own a number of quartz watches together with a Movado that he has changed the battery on. By no means had any downside at all. The truth is, once I brought him a watch and the band and for 5 dollars he helped me set up it instantly. His prices are reasonable and his turnaround time for watch repair is normally a day or two. I will keep going again.Terrible. Introduced a pair of custom Italian boots to be resoled and he ruined the boot. Minimize the leather sole in half and left nails sticking out and right via the ball of the foot.Convenience brought me to valentino shoes online as I needed to drop off sneakers earlier than the prepare ride into town. I introduced in a pair of boots that I put on almost day by day. The heels (they're flats, about an inch if even) had started to crack so I needed them changed. The heels value about as a lot as the sneakers themselves but it surely if works, it'd be price it. Too unhealthy every week later the heels began coming apart and the sneakers have been leaking abruptly. I introduced them back and he redid the heels for free. Two weeks after that I used to be sporting the boots on a trip to Chicago. One slight activate the heel and the whole thing fell out. I spent my Saturday night time hammering a heel back in and cautiously strolling again to my condo. cheap valentino shoes - additional reading, has no idea what he is doing. The quality is crap, they're rude and overpriced. Stay FAR AWAY.I had a horrible expertise at this shoe repair place (subsequent to the ice cream/pizza parlor in Dobbs). I took several pairs of sneakers/boots here based on 3 recommendations. One pair was Brand NEW J. Crew boots that wanted solely waterproofing. The boots got here distressed and have been intended to look previous. After i took the boots in and requested for waterproofing, the repair shop proprietor requested if the boots have been new and i stated, "Yes. Brand new." However once i went to select the boots up, the proprietor had polished them to make them look deep black as an alternative of distressed, as they were supposed. I used to be so upset I began crying. He told me he often writes on the ticket if he shouldn't polish/solely waterproof, however did not this time. He angrily mentioned he would reimburse me, but wouldn't give me my boots back and made me signal a ticket saying I "is not going to complain again." Am I in kindergarten?? Then he threw the new boots in the rubbish! In this financial system with so many people struggling to eat and clothe their households, I find that behavior unthinkable. I stated I might take the boots to donate them, and he wouldn't give them to me. Please do not patronize this shop!I brought in a pair of sandals to be re-soled. The check in front of the desk states "100% money deposit upon leaving your shoes". We gave the man $40, which he stated was the total value for the work, he gave us our ticket, and we left. Properly, foolish us, as we did not look at the ticket which said that we deposited $20, not $40. Once i returned to choose up my shoes, the man asked me for $20. I instructed him that I was certain we paid the total amount, however feeling somewhat intimated, I gave him the 20 and left. I spoke to my husband, who was 110% constructive we gave him the total amount. So I went again, and i advised him that we completely paid him the total quantity per week in the past, and he began screaming and raging at me, saying that I was mendacity and why would he have written $20 on the ticket if we had given him $40. I stayed calm, suggesting that perhaps he made a mistake, as the shop was busy at the time. He once more raged at me. I informed him that we had just moved to Dobbs Ferry, needed to patronize an area retailer, but I might report him to the BBB if he didn't return my 20. He then went to the cash register and took out a 10, which he threw at me. I refused to take it, at which level he threw me a 20, nonetheless raging. For sure I can't patronize this shop again.
